Once a week scoop 1 -2 small handfuls into a bowl. Wet your skin completely with warm water and apply the scrub on body and face in firm circular motions. Leave on the skin for 3-10 minutes, then rinse. Alternatively use as a post workout bath soak to relieve muscle tension. Add half a pack to a warm bath. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
